1. Production Timelines (Made-to-Order)
To maintain our commitment to quality and sustainable craftsmanship, most of our pieces are made-to-order in our atelier. Depending on the complexity and design of the item, standard production takes between 1 to 3 weeks before your jewelry is ready to be dispatched. We appreciate your patience as our artisans ensure every detail is perfect.
2. Bespoke & Custom Orders
For bespoke creations, the timeline is uniquely tailored to the scope of your project. Because these exclusive pieces require specialized sourcing, design approvals, and highly intricate craftsmanship, a dedicated production schedule and estimated delivery date will be provided to you directly by our team during your private consultation.
3. United States Shipping (Duty-Free)
We are pleased to offer a seamless and transparent shopping experience for our clients in the United States. All shipments to the US are delivered completely duty-free. You will not be charged any additional customs fees, import taxes, or unexpected duties upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is final.
4. International Shipping & Customs (Outside the US)
For deliveries outside of the United States, your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your destination country. Muur Design is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.
5. Secure & Insured Transit
Due to the high value of our fine jewelry, the security of your piece is our top priority.
- Fully Insured: All packages are shipped via premium, fully insured, and trackable courier services (e.g., FedEx or DHL).
- Signature Required: For your protection, a direct signature from an adult is strictly required upon delivery. We cannot reroute packages once shipped.
- No P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
